WD3200AAKX-083CA1 burned PCB and ROM chip

Received lightning damaged drive. There was horror on the electronic board.

Look at this!

Desoldered U12 chip and tried reading it with a programmer. Chip was so damaged that even identification failed. I tried a donor PCB and found that heads also is died.

After the heads change the SA tracks were readable and I could scan the SA and find all the modules. From the recovered modules the ROM content was successfully rebuilt.

And finally, the disk identified without errors and user area got readable. All user data was recovered.
